PA Realtor® Day on the Hill provides a unique opportunity to PAR members interested in advocacy to learn more about key PAR legislative priorities and take the Realtor® message to the Pennsylvania General Assembly. In addition to meeting with legislators at the Pennsylvania Capitol, Day on the Hill also features a reception with all members of the Pennsylvania Senate and House of Representatives on Tuesday evening.

Day on the Hill is free to attend, including overnight accommodations on Tuesday evening, but all members must pre-register.

If you are attending the PAR Business Meetings, you will receive information about hotel accommodations after registering. Make your accommodations for each night you plan to stay, including Tuesday night. PAR will be billed for your Tuesday night stay only at the group standard rate.

If you are not attending the PAR Business Meetings, you will receive information about hotel accommodations once Business Meetings registration opens on April 22. Make your accommodations for Tuesday night. PAR will be billed for your stay at the group standard rate.

The highlight of the event will be meeting with your legislators in the Capitol. Local government affairs directors and political field representatives will be scheduling meetings with legislators. Please contact your local association's GAD/field representative for more information. If you're not sure who to contact, please reach out to PAR staff.

PAR also has scheduled virtual prep sessions the week before Hill Day to highlight our key issues and messaging, answer your questions and make sure everyone is prepared to head to the Hill on June 5. Please look for a registration link in your confirmation email.

Note to anyone also planning to attend the PAR Spring Business Meetings on June 3 and 4: all members must register SEPARATELY to attend the spring business meetings. Once you complete registration for the Spring Business Meetings, you will receive a link to make your own hotel reservations for THE ENTIRITY OF YOUR STAY. PAR will be billed for your Tuesday night reservation, but you SHOULD INCLUDE TUESDAY night in your hotel reservation along with the nights you are staying for the spring business meetings.
